Glenn W. Peterson is an attorney with Millstone Peterson & Watts LLP, which is located in Roseville, California. Mr. Peterson devotes 100 percent of his practice to litigation, with an emphasis on business litigation, business torts and franchise matters as well as copyright, trademark and intellectual property law. He has also handled a number of large investigations that have included allegations of insurance fraud, embezzlement and FTC violations.

Mr. Peterson completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1983, earning a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. In 1986, he received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law. During his time there, he served as the editor-in-chief of the Pepperdine University Law Review. He was later admitted to practice throughout the state of California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California.

The sole author of several professional papers, Mr. Peterson was also a contributing author to a book that discussed issues in product liability law throughout the United States. A sought-after lecturer, he has also served as a speaker or panel speaker at a number of seminars hosted by the University of California.

Mr. Peterson is a member of the State Bar of California Intellectual Property Law Section, the Sacramento County Bar Association, the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, the American Association for Justice and several other professional organizations. His pro bono activities include work with the Superior Courts of California in Sacramento, El Dorado and Placer counties as well as with the Sacramento Philharmonic Orchestra.
