Joe Angelo

Attorney Joe Angelo is a co-founder and managing partner with Gale, Angelo, Johnson & Patrick PC law firm, which has offices located in Roseville, Sacramento, Folsom, Concord and San Francisco, California. Serving clients throughout Contra Costa, Placer, Sacramento, El Dorado, Yolo and Alameda counties, Mr. Angelo focuses his practice primarily on bankruptcy and consumer litigation, and he represents the rights and interests of both debtors and creditors alike across his region.

Throughout the course of his legal career spanning more than 10 years, Mr. Angelo has achieved significant success assisting his clients with all areas of Chapter 7, 13 and 11 bankruptcy. In addition, he has extensive experience handling a variety of consumer disputes involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act as well as the Rosenthal Act and the Telephone Consumer Reporting Act.

He is admitted to practice before all U.S. District Court in California as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and he is an active member of The State Bar of California, among his other professional affiliations.
