Randall Wilson

Randall R. Wilson is a partner with Sinclair, Wilson, Baldo & Chamberlain, Attorneys at Law, which has offices in Roseville and Auburn, California. Mr. Wilson is a member of the State Bars of California and Nevada, holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation, is certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and is a Certificated Public Accountant (inactive). 

Mr. Wilson has more than 40 years of legal experience. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as one of the top lawyers in the Sacramento area by Sacramento Magazine.

Mr. Wilson focuses his practice primarily on estate planning, estate and trust administration and estate and trust litigation. Mr. Wilson also provides counsel to business owners, including succession planning. His former service as a Certified Public Accountant allows him to work closely with his clients' accountants and financial advisors. 

A Placer County native, Mr. Wilson has a genuine desire to help those in his community. He has served on the Boards of Directors of several non-profit organizations, served as President of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce, served as a Director of Folsom Lake Bank, served as a founding director of the Eureka Schools Foundation and is a member of the Rotary Club of Granite Bay.
