Mr. Del Castillo completed his undergraduate degree in philosophy and theology summa cum laude in 2001 and his master’s degree in theology in 2009 at the Franciscan University of Steubenville. He worked as a school teacher and principal until he went to Pepperdine Caruso School of Law to obtain his Juris Doctor magna cum laude. He was the lead articles editor for the Pepperdine Law Review, a teaching assistant for legal research and writing, and a judicial extern for former Chief Judge Alex Kozinski of the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

A California-licensed practitioner, Mr. Del Castillo serves on the executive committee of the Sacramento County Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section and the board of Sacramento County Bar Association’s Solo/Small Practice Division.
