Candice L. Fields

Attorney Candice L. Fields is the founder of Candice Fields Law in Sacramento, California, where she concentrates her practice on criminal defense. A lawyer for more than 25 years, she has earned a reputation in particular for strong representation in federal white collar criminal defense. She represents individuals and businesses in Sacramento and throughout California.

Ms. Fields holds a bachelor's degree in rhetoric and communication from the University of California, Davis, and earned her law degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Fields was selected to compete in the Roger J. Traynor California Moot Court Competition, and was named to the Dean's List. She has been licensed to practice law in California since 1994. She is also admitted to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, Southern and Eastern Districts of California.

Active in professional organizations, Ms. Fields is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the Anthony M. Kennedy American Inn of Court. She was appointed by the U.S. District Court - Eastern District of California as a Lawyer Representative for the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference and served on the Court's Judicial Advisory Committee. Ms. Fields also is a member of the Pro Bono Panel for the U.S. District Court - Eastern District of California.
