Derek C. Decker

A partner at Krogh & Decker, a Sacramento, California-based law firm, Derek C. Decker provides dedicated legal representation to corporate entities and entrepreneurs facing legal hurdles. He then went on to pursue his legal education at the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor with distinction in 2004. Demonstrating academic excellence throughout his legal studies, he was named to the dean’s honor list for three consecutive years from 2002 through 2004.

Deeply engaged in his legal and local business communities, Mr. Decker maintains active involvement with several regional organizations focused on commerce, professional standards and development. He is a member of the Sacramento Area Human Resource Association, the San Joaquin County Bar Association, the Downtown Sacramento Partnership and the Sacramento County Bar Association.

Mr. Decker is admitted to practice law in all California state courts. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, allowing him to vigorously defend and advocate for his clients' interests in both state and federal jurisdictions.
