Eric A. Wills

Prior to becoming a personal injury attorney, Eric was an experienced financial registered representative holding his Series 7, Series 63, and California Life Insurance licenses. Eric’s ambition to assist others and eagerness to learn led him to the field of law. As a civil litigation lawyer, more specifically as a plaintiff’s attorney, Eric can make the most of his diverse background while helping those in need.

Eric began practicing law in complex civil litigation, including insurance defense, personal injury litigation, as well as bankruptcy. However, now he works diligently to represent and protect the rights of victims and their families. Eric has assisted on and/or overseen hundreds of cases involving personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, habitability and landlord-tenant disputes, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, trespass to timber, products liability, as well as claims against public entities. He uses both his early experience in insurance defense and his more recent experiences defending individuals every time he meets with a client.
