Eric Wills

Eric is a native of the Sacramento Valley and a proud graduate of California State University, Sacramento (CSUS – Stingers Up!). Eric is licensed to practice throughout California, including Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Yolo, Sutter, and Stanislaus counties. Eric’s focus is on personal injury and wrongful death cases. Eric is truly passionate about standing up for injured individuals and their families. He’s dedicated to fighting for their rights, whether it’s against insurance companies, corporations, or public and private organizations.

Before becoming a lawyer, Eric worked as a financial registered representative, holding his Series 7, Series 63, and California Life Insurance licenses. His passion for learning and helping others eventually led him to law. As a Plaintiff’s attorney, Eric uses his unique background to obtain justice and the best compensation for his clients.

Eric is deeply committed to his clients and their families, always going the extra mile to ensure they get the best possible outcome. Throughout his career, Eric has been committed to advocating for his clients to achieve the best results for those he represents.

A lifelong Sacramento resident, Eric worked full-time while putting himself through both college and law school. When he’s not working, Eric and his wife, Kathryn, enjoy spending their time with their two kids, Aubree and Jaxon. Eric loves family, friends, and making the most of life’s moments. When he’s not working or spending quality time with loved ones, he’ll often be on the softball diamond or out on the golf course. He’s a tech enthusiast and attempts to stay up to date with the latest innovations. Whether it’s at work, at home, on the field, or on the course, he’s always focused on enjoying the journey and staying connected with the people who mean the most to him.
