A California native, Mr. Bartholomew attended the University of California, Davis, as an undergraduate, where he majored in political science and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1968. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis, School of Law. Mr. Bartholomew was a partner at a Sacramento firm for many years until co-founding Bartholomew & Wasznicky LLP in Feb. 1989. He is admitted to practice in California and before the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.
