Ilona Rincon

Ilona (Manzyuk) Rincon represents injured workers in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation litigation in her hometown. She is passionate about making sure that her clients receive all of the benefits that they are entitled to when they have suffered a work-related injury. She’s proud to stand up for individuals that feel powerless under their employers. Ilona also values the importance of making sure that her clients understand what is happening at various stages of their cases.

Ilona is a native speaker of both Ukrainian and Russian and was born in Ukraine. Her passion for helping others through difficult situations stems from her volunteer work with orphan children in Ukraine during college.

Ilona earned her law degree from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. During law school, she interned with the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute in Washington, D.C., where she worked with Members of Congress to reform and improve the foster care system and the adoption process. This experience gave her a unique insight and understanding of policy and legislation. She now uses that passion and insight to advocate for her clients who have been injured in the scope and course of their employment.
