Jessica Hopper

Jessica Hopper, a partner at Hopper Hopper & Strebe LLP in Sacramento, California, dedicates her practice to family law matters. Ms. Hopper’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts degree in secondary education and English literature from Mercyhurst University in 2004. She then received her Juris Doctor in litigation from Cooley Law School in 2007.

Before joining Hopper Hopper & Strebe LLP, Ms. Hopper refined her legal acumen as a family law facilitator/managing attorney at Placer County Superior Court, an associate attorney at a Rocklin, California, law firm; of counsel at a family law firm in Carmel, Indiana; and as Carmel community prosecutor at the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office, among other roles.

With a background as a former sex crimes prosecutor and having conducted over a dozen jury trials, Ms. Hopper is well-versed in the intricacies of the courtroom. She extends her services to clients throughout Sacramento County and the metropolitan area, as well as El Dorado County, Placer County and the San Francisco metro area.
