Karen M. Goodman

Karen Goodman is a Sacramento-based trial lawyer who is principal in her own firm, Goodman Law Corporation. The firm’s practice emphasizes real estate, professional liability, and employment. She served as the Sacramento Valley Chapter President for ABOTA.  She was recently inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Trial lawyers. She is a member of tABOTA and is also a member of the Association of Defense Counsel. She is active in ABA and the California State Bar, having served on the  Board of Trustees, State Bar Committee of Professional Responsibility and Ethics and the Committee of Bar Examiners. She is a member of CLA's Ethics Committed.  She is frequently retained as an expert witness on legal malpractice cases. In 2011, she was Certified as a Specialist in Legal Malpractice Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. She is a Diplomate with the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys.
