Kyle K. Tambornini

Kyle K. Tambornini is a Senior Trial Attorney and co-founder of Eason & Tambornini, A Law Corporation, in Sacramento, California. With more than 34 years of legal experience and hundreds of court and jury trials to his credit, Kyle has built a reputation as a dedicated advocate for individuals injured in construction accidents, motor vehicle collisions, trucking accidents, and workplace incidents.

Before representing injured individuals, Kyle practiced as an insurance defense attorney. That experience gave him firsthand insight into how insurance companies evaluate, defend, and resolve claims. Recognizing the challenges injured people often face when pursuing compensation, he chose to focus his practice on helping those who have been harmed by the negligence of others.

In 1996, Kyle co-founded Eason & Tambornini with longtime friend and law school classmate Matthew R. Eason. Since the firm’s founding, Kyle has remained committed to providing clients with personal attention, honest guidance, and strong legal representation during some of the most difficult times in their lives.

In addition to representing clients, Kyle regularly speaks at continuing legal education programs and workshops for attorneys on workers’ compensation and personal injury matters. He also advocates for legislation and public policies designed to protect the rights of injured workers and consumers throughout

Kyle was previously elected by his fellow attorneys as President of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association, where he's been a member for over 20 years. He's also a member of the Italian American Lawyers Association and Consumer Attorneys of California, a statewide organization representing the interests of California consumers and injury victims. Kyle has held a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating for many years for his high ethical standards and is recognized as a top Northern California attorney by Super Lawyers, Sacramento Magazine and AVVO (10/10).

Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, and their three children, all of whom have graduated from college and gone on to pursue successful professional careers. Family has always been a central part of his life, and he takes great pride in supporting his children as they develop their own paths and achievements. Despite the demands of a busy legal practice, he has always made it a priority to remain actively involved in their lives and education.

In addition to his work as an attorney, Kyle has long been involved in youth athletics and community programs. Combining his passion for mentorship and rugby, he founded the Carmichael Hawks Youth Rugby Program. Under his leadership, the program grew into one of Northern California’s most respected youth rugby organizations, helping young athletes develop their skills and successfully transition to competitive high school programs.
