Mary E. Farrell

Mary E. Farrell is a respected California litigator and the founder of the Farrell Law Group in Sacramento. With more than 29 years of experience in complex civil litigation matters, she has represented employers of all sizes in class action suits, individual employment disputes, business torts and mass tort cases. Encouraging prevention, Ms. Farrell helps her clients create effective litigation avoidance strategies in high-risk employment disputes. She has extensive experience handling matters involving harassment, retaliation, discrimination, whistleblower actions, wage and hour claims and trade secret litigation.

Mary was recently selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2016-2023 in the field of Litigation/Labor & Employment. Ms. Farrell graduated with a bachelor's degree from California State Polytechnic University in 1990. In 1994, she earned her J.D. with Great Distinction from the McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. During law school, she was a member of the Traynor Honor Society and graduated Order of the Coif.
