Nareshwar Virdi

Nareshwar Singh Virdi is the founder of Acquest Law in Sacramento and a Certified Specialist, Immigration and Nationality Law, The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He was selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2023.

His practice centers on removal defense before the immigration courts, with a focus on asylum. He carries cases into federal court when needed, filing habeas petitions in U.S. District Courts and petitions for review in the U.S. Circuit Courts. He also handles family and business immigration, religious worker (R) visas, U visas, VAWA petitions, and Special Immigrant Juvenile cases.

Mr. Virdi has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2013. He earned his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law and also holds an MBA, MPH, and MHA. That business and public health training informs how he builds complex humanitarian cases and runs a growing practice.
