Mr. Nelson earned his Bachelor of Science magna cum laude in criminal justice from California State University, Sacramento, and his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. Licensed in California since 2021 and admitted to all federal district courts in the state, he has been recognized as one of the 2025 National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40. He is also an active member of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association and the Barristers’ Club of Sacramento.
