Victoria Linder

The principal attorney at Victoria S. Linder Law Office, Victoria Linder has been certified as a specialist in family law by the Board of Legal Specialization of The State Bar of California, and she focuses her practice almost exclusively on that area of the law. From the firm's office in Sacramento, she represents area residents who are contemplating or going through a divorce and who are thus having to deal with related issues such as the division of complex community assets and debts, child custody and visitation, and alimony and child support. A forceful advocate in the courtroom, Ms. Linder will often seek to help her clients reach an accord on these matters through negotiations and mediation.

Other family law matters that Ms. Linder has experience in include adoptions. She also helps clients who are seeking the enforcement of or modifications to existing support, alimony and parenting orders. Outside of the family law area, Ms. Linder has appeared before probate courts in connection with guardianship proceedings.

Ms. Linder is a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology summa cum laude in 2003. She then moved to California to pursue her legal education at the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, and she was awarded her Juris Doctor with distinction in 2006. Prior to founding her own firm in Jan. 2012, Ms. Linder was an attorney with the Northern California Family Law Group. She is admitted to practice before all California state courts, and she is an active participant in the Family Law Section of the Sacramento County Bar Association and other professional groups.
