Neil P. Berman

Neil P. Berman is a partner at Rucka, O'Boyle, Lombardo & McKenna, PC, located in Salinas, California. Focusing his practice exclusively on personal injury matters, he represents clients with cases involving wrongful death, products liability, automobile accidents, toxic torts and premises liability.

Licensed to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Mr. Berman provides sound and knowledgeable counsel. He also takes on cases related to Social Security Disability, employment law and workers’ compensation.

Obtaining his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, Mr. Berman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Washington. Actively involved in the legal community, he has memberships in the Santa Clara County Bar Association, the Santa Cruz County Bar Association, the Monterey County Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.

While in law school, Mr. Berman served as a clerk at the Santa Clara University School of Law Northern California Innocence Project, focusing on legal reforms for innocent prisoners. He is a board of governors’ member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, which focuses on the constitutional rights of consumers.
