With more than 25 years of legal experience, Audie de Castro is the founder and managing attorney of de Castro, P.C., in San Diego, California. His successes include prevailing on a $20 million counterclaim for breach of fiduciary duty and securities law violations, securing a defense judgment on a $70 million claim, winning six-figure judgments on breach of contract claims, and obtaining multimillion-dollar settlements in fraud and investment cases. He also represented voters in enforcing the Voting Rights Act against the City of National City, leading to a transition from at-large to district-based elections.
Drawing on his background as a businessman and former CPA, Mr. de Castro advises clients on complex and multimillion-dollar transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, franchising and licensing, commercial real estate and international deals.
