Camille Guerra

Camille Guerra, a partner at CaseyGerry in San Diego, California, represents clients in complex litigation, focusing on consumer protection class actions, including matters of data privacy and security, financial fraud, and products liability. Additionally, she handles mass tort litigation, personal injury and wrongful death. Licensed to practice in California since 2019, she also provides legal services to the state’s Spanish-speaking community. 

After receiving her Juris Doctor from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2004, Ms. Guerra worked as a legal adviser at the San Diego Superior Court, further honing her legal knowledge. She was admitted to practice in New Mexico in 2008. She subsequently gained a master’s degree in health policy and law from the University of California San Diego, building on her focus on law-related healthcare issues. 

Ms. Guerra has worked tirelessly on class action cases, ensuring that consumers have a voice. Among various cases, she most notably led matters such as the Yahoo Inc. cybersecurity litigation, the Volkswagen consumer fraud litigation and a national antitrust litigation involving major U.S. tuna companies. Her extensive work on mass tort litigation and class actions on behalf of plaintiffs earned her recognition in the 2026 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Beyond the courtroom, her professional affiliations reflect her commitment to community service and legal advocacy.

As an active member of the Korean American Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association, Ms. Guerra promotes diversity and inclusion within the legal profession, ensuring that underrepresented voices are heard and supported. Furthermore, she is a board member of San Diego State University President’s Latino Advisory Council, where she contributes to the committee’s mission to promote higher education among the Latino population.
