Christian is an accomplished litigator of high-tech and complex commercial disputes with a background as an engineer in telecommunications and video. 

His practice focuses on IP disputes — patents, trade secrets, and copyrights — as well as technology contract disputes arising from software development, tech collaborations, and startup M&A.

Christian has tried cases before judges, juries, and arbitrators across federal and state courts, the ITC, and private ADR. His matters span a wide range of technologies, including AI, data security, semiconductors, database design, genetically engineered crops, and medical devices. He also has deep experience in forensic analysis and AI-assisted e-discovery.
