Christian Andreu-von Euw

Serving clients in intellectual property law and business litigation, Christian Andreu-von Euw has established himself as a dedicated attorney at The Business Litigation Group, P.C., in San Diego, California. With over 15 years of experience in the legal profession, he stays committed to providing representation to business clients in matters involving patents, copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and corporate formation, among various other cases. He brings extensive technical knowledge and fluency in digital forensics, AI-related intellectual property and advanced e-discovery to provide high-quality advocacy.

Upon graduating from Harvey Mudd College with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mr. Euw proceeded to enroll at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law to hone his advocacy skills. During law school, he served as a judicial extern for the chief magistrate of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the associate justice of the California Court of Appeals. Earning his Juris Doctor in 2009, he was admitted to practice in California in the same year.

Further admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Central, Northern and Southern Districts of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, Mr. Euw provides robust representation at all judicial levels. He represents clients before juries, arbitrators and the ITC. Utilizing his background in engineering, he turns complex technical problems into effective trial solutions. Among his notable victories, he recently represented Planner 5D in a copyright dispute, successfully assisting them in winning a settlement.

As an active member of the community, Mr. Euw engages in pro bono services, receiving the Kathi Pugh Award for Pro Bono service in 2017. He previously served as the chair of the Federal Courts Committee of the California Lawyers Association. Currently, he is a continuing contributor to the San Diego Association of Business Trial Lawyers, the San Diego Intellectual Property Law Association and the American Bar Foundation. As a fluent speaker of Spanish and conversant in German, he stays dedicated to ensuring justice and good advocacy are accessible to his clients.
