Conor Hulburt

Attorney Conor Hulburt is the founder of Hulburt Law Firm APC, where he represents individuals and families in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout San Diego and California. His practice focuses on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle collisions, dangerous roadway cases, defective products, and other cases involving life-changing harm.

Mr. Hulburt has recovered more than $150 million for injured clients and grieving families. His work often involves complex cases against insurance companies, public entities, corporations, and well-funded defense teams. He is known for combining careful investigation, strategic case development, and persuasive trial presentation to tell each client’s story with clarity, authenticity, and force.

Before founding Hulburt Law Firm, Mr. Hulburt developed his trial skills at a respected San Diego litigation firm, where he worked on significant personal injury and business litigation matters. Today, he leads a practice dedicated to serious injury and wrongful death litigation.

Mr. Hulburt earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was a member of the National Mock Trial Team. He is licensed to practice in California and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California. His professional memberships include the Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and the San Diego County Bar Association.
