Dana Marie Rueckert-Resman

Dana Marie Rueckert-Resman, a board-certified family law specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization, is a partner at Kaspar & Lugay, LLP, with offices located in Corte Madera, Napa, Walnut Creek, and San Diego, California. Hailing from the San Francisco Bay area, Ms. Rueckert-Resman obtained her Bachelor of Arts (2008) in American Politics from the University of California San Diego. During her time there, she excelled as a UC San Diego mock trial team member. Later, in 2011, she earned her Juris Doctorate and a certificate in entertainment law at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in Los Angeles, California.

Ms. Rueckert-Resman was granted a license to practice law in California in 2011. After devoting almost a decade to family law litigation in Northern California, she returned to her roots in San Diego to continue her career in 2020. In 2021, she took on the managing counsel role for the San Diego branch at Kaspar & Lugay, LLP, and became a firm Partner in 2022. 

Ms. Rueckert-Resman serves as a member and vice-chair of the Board of Legal Specialization (2023-present).
