Daniel A. Fulkerson

Daniel A. Fulkerson is a co-founder and the managing partner of Batta|Fulkerson Law Group, Inc., located in San Diego, California. Licensed in California since 2011, he has an impressive track record of handling over 15,000 car accident cases and recovering tens of millions of dollars for the victims of personal injury. 

Ensuring to put in maximum effort to increase the chances of a positive outcome for his clients, Mr. Fulkerson takes care of even the minor details, such as finding timely medical care and explaining to his clients the details of their cases devoid of legalese. Mr. Fulkerson, along with the co-founder of Batta|Fulkerson Law Group, Inc., established the firm after having worked with a fully fledged personal injury firm for over six years. He wanted to build up a firm offering reliable and credible service to its clients and had their welfare as the first priority rather than numbers. Completing a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management degree in 2008 from San Diego State University, Mr. Fulkerson went on to obtain his master’s in the same, with a concentration in marketing from his alma mater in 2011. Simultaneous to pursuing his master’s degree, he also graduated with high honors from the California Western School of Law in 2011 with his Juris Doctor, focusing on tort law. In law school, he was a member of the Advanced Prosecution Team, the university’s law review and the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.
