David M. Greeley

With over 25 years of experience in the legal profession, David M. Greeley focuses his practice on franchise and business law. Serving from his office Greeley Law, APC, he serves clients around San Diego County. Throughout his career he has resolved disputes through direct negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. He has represented clients in matters involving real estate disputes, fraudulent conveyance issues, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes and corporate governance issues.

In his business practice, Mr. Greeley concentrates on advising clients on a wide range of issues including complex business disputes, post-termination issues and coverage disputes. Over the years he has successfully resolved franchisor claims against franchisees regarding post-termination issues and the franchisee's employee's claim on the franchisor. He has also handled franchisee claims of misrepresentations both in the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and outside of the FDD.

With a bachelor’s degree in american history, Mr. Greeley pursued his law degree at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. While at law school, he was a member of the Arizona Law Review and the Order of the Coif. Upon earning his Juris Doctor in 1998, he was admitted to the State Bar of California. He started his career off at a leading law firm in San Diego as a full-time attorney handling business disputes. This early experience has proven invaluable in shaping his approach to complex legal challenges and enhancing his ability to advocate effectively for his clients.
