• South Bay Courthouse: Client alleged to have constructively possessed over 20kg of cocaine in vehicle, while on post-release community supervision from an older case.  Case resolved for only an additional 8 months in custody for the new case. , 2022
• Vista Courthouse: Not guilty verdicts in stalking charges filed against former San Diego Sheriff.  Case started as a felony, was reduced to a misdemeanor after a preliminary hearing, and the client was acquitted by a jury at trial. , 2019
• Chula Vista Courthouse: Hung Jury after trial involving over 20kg of methamphetamine found inside Client's vehicle at San Ysidro Port of Entry.  Client was facing 24 years prison.  Case resolved post-trial for probation and no jail time. , 2020
• Chula Vista Courthouse: Client was hired after Preliminary Hearing.  Previous offer to client was 8 years prison.  Case resolved for 365 days jail,  probation, and no sex offender registration per PC 290. , 2019
• Downtown San Diego Courthouse: Client charged with child molest & forcible rape of a minor.  Resolved for an attempted offense which did not require sex offender registration per PC 290 and no jail time was imposed. , 2019
• El Cajon Courthouse: Client convicted of Arson & Looting during La Mesa riots in 2020.  Probation and credit for time served. , 2022
• El Cajon Courthouse: Client convicted of Manslaughter & Assault Resulting in Coma/Death.  Sentenced to Probation. , 2022
• Downtown San Diego Courthouse: Sexual Assault & Kidnapping Charges Dismissed at Penal Code section 995 motion hearing, thus eliminating a 7 year to life in prison potential sentence. , 2019
• El Cajon Courthouse: Murder & Manslaughter Charges = not guilty at trial.  Client released from custody the same day after serving 17 months while the case got to trial.  , 2019
