He has been working with the law firm of CaseyGerry, which was founded by his late father in San Diego, California, since 1976, and presently functions as the managing partner. He was additionally appointed to the same in the Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep Ecodiesel Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation, which culminated in a $300 million resolution.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Casey has held esteemed leadership positions in various legal associations, including serving as the past president of the American Association for Justice, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Western Trial Lawyers Association and the San Diego Trial Lawyers Association.
