Drew Nagurney

Drew Nagurney is an associate attorney at Thorsnes Bartolotta McGuire LLP in San Diego, California. He focuses his practice on personal injury, eminent domain and wrongful death litigation. Mr. Nagurney has represented clients in a wide range of complex civil matters. A Pennsylvania native, Mr. Nagurney earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from The Pennsylvania State University before completing his Juris Doctor at Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. During law school, he gained valuable courtroom experience through the Bill of Rights Clinic, where he litigated constitutional claims in federal court and was awarded a certificate of distinction for his clinical work. He also interned for a judge and volunteered at a family law clinic, broadening his understanding of litigation and advocacy.

Mr. Nagurney was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar Association and later to The State Bar of California after relocating to San Diego in 2015. Today, he combines rigorous trial preparation with a client-centered approach, ensuring that every case is handled with care, clarity and purpose.
