Ethan T. Boyer

Ethan T. Boyer is one of the founding partners at Noonan Lance Boyer & Banach. His practice focuses on complex business and commercial disputes, such as real estate, intellectual property matters and product liability cases. In trials, arbitrations and appeals, Boyer has represented a range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to small business owners.

Most recently, he was a partner at Kirby Noonan Lance & Hoge, where he served as hiring partner and as a member of the management committee. Cases include representing the San Diego Marriot Hotel and Marina in a real estate litigation trial/ lease dispute, for which Boyer obtained a favorable jury verdict for his client and successfully defended it on appeal. In a professional responsibility case, he defended several attorneys at a national law firm in a major federal court sanctions proceeding with one of his firm partners. No sanctions were imposed against the clients.

Boyer is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, State Bar of California, Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL) of San Diego, San Diego Intellectual Property Law Association, Federal Bar Association – San Diego Chapter and San Diego Barristers Club. He previously served on the board of directors for seven years for the San Diego County Bar Foundation, providing access to justice for the disadvantaged.
