Eve Maestre

Eve Maestre is the founder of the Law Office of Eve Maestre, APC, in San Diego, California. She is fluent in English and French, representing a diverse clientele in the surrounding regions, helping them with legal matters involving:

After completing her B.A. in political science, with minors in economics and Spanish from The Pennsylvania State University, Ms. Maestre decided to study law and earned her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2017. The following year, she was admitted to practice in California and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. 

During law school, Ms. Maestre served as board member and coach for the Appellate Moot Court Team and competed on the university’s national team. She won the Third Place Petitioner Brief National Moot Court and was a quarter finalist in the National Entertainment Law Moot Court at the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. She began her legal career as a law clerk at the Juvenile Division of the San Diego Public Defender's Office.

Ms. Maestre holds a “Superb” rating on Avvo, along with the Clients’ Choice Award. Furthermore, she has been listed in the Top 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers and the Top 10 Under 40 by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys. 

Maintaining an active presence in the criminal defense community, Ms. Maestre is a member of the California DUI Lawyers Association, the San Bernardino County Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association. She is also a frequent speaker at LOMAS Continuing Legal Education programs.
