Gino Serpe

Gino Serpe is the owner of The Law Office of Gino D. Serpe in San Diego, California. He focuses his practice exclusively on business litigation and civil litigation matters, including breach of contract, business torts, real estate, fraud, securities fraud, fraudulent transfers, unfair business practices and trade secrets. 

Courtroom litigation takes a lot of time and money, and Mr. Serpe strives to seek a resolution for his clients’ legal matters that will address both the issue at hand and their financial constraints. He serves as a zealous and tenacious advocate for their rights. Knowing how stressful legal issues can be, he offers individualized attention and communicates clearly. A graduate of Boston University, Mr. Serpe obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with a minor in economics. He decided to pursue his legal studies at the New York Law School and obtained his Juris Doctor in 1986. While in law school, he was an enthusiastic member of the Moot Court Association and the Southern District of New York Honors Litigation Program. 

Mr. Serpe is licensed to practice in California, Connecticut and New York and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd and 9th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California, the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Southern and the Eastern Districts of New York. 

Actively participating in the legal community, Mr. Serpe has memberships in the American Inns of Court’s Raymond E. Baldwin Chapter, the Federal Bar Association’s San Diego Chapter and the San Diego County Bar Association. He has published a great deal of legal writing and given lectures at many seminars for continuing legal education. He also has a 10/10 on Avvo.
