James R. Patterson

After spending more than a decade prosecuting and defending class actions, Jim started Patterson Law Group to specialize in consumer and employee protection.  Jim has served as lead, or co-lead counsel in more than 35 certified state and federal class actions, resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in benefits for class members.  Jim is also actively involved in employee and consumer rights organizations, and has been asked to testify in front of the California legislature regarding important privacy rights issues.
