John D. Vaughn

John D. Vaughn is a trial lawyer at Pérez Vaughn & Feasby Inc., located in San Diego, California, where he represents clients in a wide range of complex civil disputes. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including securities fraud claims, employment disputes and general business litigation matters. He also handles FINRA arbitrations, broker disciplinary actions, injunction cases, and disputes involving noncompetition agreements and trade secrets.

Mr. Vaughn earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1992. He received his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from California State University, Fullerton, in 1988. During law school, he gained valuable experience serving as a law clerk to the Honorable William Ingram of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California from 1991 to 1992.

With more than three decades of legal experience, Mr. Vaughn brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to his cases. He works closely with businesses and individuals to assess risk, develop litigation strategies and pursue effective resolutions tailored to each client’s objectives.
