Attorney Karen R. Frostrom is a partner with the San Diego-based law firm of Thorsnes Bartolotta McGuire. A member of the firm's real property and business practice group, Ms. Frostrom deals primarily with cases involving complex business litigation, land use, eminent domain and condemnation matters, construction defects, contracts and municipal redevelopment. She also has extensive experience handling writs and appeals.

A 1996 summa cum laude graduate of San Diego State University, Ms. Frostrom obtained her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from California Western School of Law in 1999. The State Bar of California admitted her to practice the following year, and she is also licensed to practice in Arizona as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
