Kimberly McGhee

Representing clients in matters of elder law and estate planning, Kimberly McGhee approaches every case with empathy and a deep understanding of the law. Recognized as both a Certified Elder Law Attorney and a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, accredited by the California Board of Legal Specialization, she works at The Estate Lawyers, APC, in San Diego, California. She was admitted to practice law in California in 2011.

In the legal fraternity, Ms. McGhee is an active contributor to the Trusts & Estates Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association and an author and editor for the Continuing Education of the Bar. She previously acted as president of the Southern California Chapters of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and currently serves as a board member of Palomar Health Medical Group and the Southern Caregiver Resource Center.
