Earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with a minor in psychology from San Diego State University, Ms. Lorick graduated summa cum laude. Fueled by a passion for family law, she pursued her Juris Doctor at the California Western School of Law, concentrating on child, family and elder law, and graduated cum laude. This solid academic foundation laid the groundwork for her impactful career in family law.

Throughout her law school journey, Ms. Lorick demonstrated exceptional dedication. In addition to maintaining high academic standards, she excelled in the realm of sports. Her commitment extended to gaining practical experience through family law internships at prestigious institutions such as the Family Law Facilitator’s Office, YWCA of San Diego and the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program. She also honed her skills working with certified family law specialists in well-respected San Diego County law firms and alongside family law judges and commissioners in the North County Superior Court.
