Lisa J. Damiani

Lisa J. Damiani, the founder of the Damiani Law Group APC, has zealously represented her clients in San Diego, California, for more than 30 years. She focuses her practice on the areas of employment law, personal injury, and criminal defense, with representative matters including those involving sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour violations, automobile accidents, drug crimes, DUI cases, federal crimes, sex crimes, white-collar crimes, murder and assault, and battery.

Before going to law school, Ms. Damiani first obtained her Bachelor of Arts in 1983 from New York University. She then went on to attend California Western School of Law and was awarded her Juris Doctor in 1988.

Ms. Damiani's high level of legal skill has led her to win numerous verdicts and settlements for her clients. She has received an AV Preeminent* peer-review rating through Martindale-Hubbell, the highest available peer-reviewed rating for attorneys that is based on a combination of legal acumen and high ethics. In September 2012, Ms. Damiani was named as the attorney of the month by the San Diego Attorney Journal. Dedicated to the furtherance of the law, Ms. Damiani is an active participant in several professional organizations. Her memberships include The State Bar of California, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Honorable William B. Enright American Inn of Court, and Consumer Attorneys of California. Ms. Damiani is licensed to practice law before all of the state courts of California, before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
