Nathan Reese

Nathan Reese is a shareholder at ARCH Legal, P.C. He has been practicing employment law and wage and hour litigation since becoming licensed to practice law in 2012. He currently represents employees in California and Washington.   Nathan's wage and hour practice focusses on complex litigation, including class action and PAGA cases. He has obtained class certification in state and federal courts on behalf of workers standing up to unlawful employment practices. He has also tried both class and PAGA cases to verdict.   Prior to working for ARCH Legal, P.C., Nathan worked in a variety of settings, including a plaintiff-focused employment law firm, an insurance defense law firm, and as in-house counsel. In previously representing both management and employees, Nathan has gained invaluable insight into the mindset of both parties involved in discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour litigation.   Mr. Reese provides dedicated and customized legal services to his clients. He gives knowledgeable and sound counsel to his clients with a firm commitment to their needs and a genuine concern for their well-being. Mr. Reese has gained a reputation for his integrity and compassion and has numerous testimonials from his satisfied clients.   Mr. Reese has a bachelor’s degree with a major in history from Cornell University. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the California Western School of Law, graduating with dean’s list honors. While in law school, he was the recipient of three academic achievement awards for obtaining the highest grade in a class and was recognized by the Pro Bono National Honor Society. He served as a legal intern for the in-house counsel at a large publicly traded healthcare staffing company and was a volunteer at the Legal Aid Society of San Diego and the Employee Rights Center.   Enthusiastic about being involved in the California community, Mr. Reese is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, The State Bar of California, the Lawyers Club of San Diego, and the Tom Homann LGBT Law Association.   Honored for his remarkable contribution to the legal field, Mr. Reese has a “Excellent” rating on Avvo. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Reese enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, going to concerts, and engaging in home improvement projects.
