Nicole Barvie

The founder and the principal of Barvié Law, attorney Nicole Barvie, assists the residents of San Diego, California, with their legal issues. Fluent in Spanish and English, she is committed to safeguarding immigrants’ rights and leveling the playing field when it comes to defending them against insurance companies. She predominantly handles personal injury law and employment law cases, including, but not limited to, car accidents, dog bites, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, bicycle accidents, child injuries, food poisoning, truck accidents, wrongful death, wages and hours, sexual harassment, retaliation, and workplace discrimination. 

Ms. Barvie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and Spanish from The University of Arizona in 2005. She pursued her interest in the legal field at the California Western School of Law in San Diego, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree in 2011. She is licensed to practice law before The State Bar of California and the State Bar of Arizona. Moreover, she is a real estate broker sanctioned by the State of California Department of Real Estate. Before founding Barvié Law, she accumulated a rich array of experiences through her roles over the past 13 years as an associate attorney, site acquisition specialist and law clerk.
