Rachel Garrard

Rachel Garrard is the Appellate Department leader at Robberson Schroedter LLP, a distinguished boutique litigation firm in San Diego, California. Certified by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as an appellate specialist, she oversees all aspects of the firm’s writs and appeals practice, guiding complex business and civil litigation matters through posttrial proceedings. She also advises on major motions and trial strategy to preserve issues for appeal.

Ms. Garrard graduated from California Western School of Law in 2015, following her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley. She was admitted to practice in California that same year and immediately immersed herself in appellate advocacy. From the outset, she developed a reputation for intellectual rigor, incisive legal analysis and a clear, persuasive writing style.
