Robert C. Ryan

Owner of Robert Ryan Law, Robert C. Ryan has more than three decades of experience representing clients in San Diego, California. His law practice focuses on cases of personal injury, employment and labor, employee law, products liability, civil litigation and civil rights law. Mr. Ryan has been admitted to practice in the state of California since 1987. After studying for and earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and the University of California, Santa Barbara, he moved on to law school. At Willamette University College of Law, he earned his Juris Doctor and since then, has recovered millions of dollars for his clients and been involved in more than 40 jury trials.

A member of the American Inns of Court, Mr. Ryan is actively involved with several other professional organizations. These include the San Diego County Bar Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.

Some of Mr. Ryan’s larger cases include a $4.6 million jury verdict against an insurance company after a hit-and-run incident. He also recovered $15.2 million in the Los Angeles Superior Court for a legal malpractice claim and a jury verdict of $2.3 million for a car accident in Mexico in which there were no witnesses, and the driver had no insurance.
