Robert M. Caietti

Attorney Robert M. Caietti is the founder and owner of Caietti Law Group, A.P.C., which has law offices in San Diego and Temecula, California. A 1982 graduate of the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in history, Mr. Caietti returned to his alma mater and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1985. He is admitted to practice before all state courts in California as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Prior to establishing his own law firm, Mr. Caietti served as partner in two of the most prominent law firms in San Diego. He is an active member of The State Bar of California, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the California Employment Lawyers Association and the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association. He also serves as arbitrator of attorney-client fee disputes with the San Diego County Bar Association, and he has served as judge pro tem for the San Diego Superior Court.
