Vosseller embraces a tried-and-true philosophy for every client – diligent effort, meticulous preparation and heartfelt compassion. His well-regarded standing in the community ensures that most of his clients come through referrals from fellow attorneys and past clients. His legal pursuits span a wide array of areas, including:

Mr. Vosseller is committed to understanding and conveying the profound impact of his clients’ life-altering injuries. His upbringing and varied life experiences have instilled in him a steadfast work ethic, empathy and a strong sense of justice. These qualities enable him to uncover and powerfully present each client's narrative throughout the legal process and in front of the jury.

Originating from Kansas City, Mr. Vosseller proudly became the first in his extended family to earn a college degree. During his college and law school years, he devoted time to community service, assisting physically challenged children and participating in a literacy program at an elementary school. In 1997, he obtained his J.D. from the Washburn University School of Law and has been licensed in California since 2000. Prior to this, he earned his B.A. degree from Washburn University in 1994.

Seeking adventure and fresh perspectives after law school, Mr. Vosseller journeyed to the island of Yap in the western Pacific Ocean, where he served as an attorney. As the assistant legislative counsel, he crafted legislation and provided legal and policy advice to elected officials. After two and a half years in Yap, he relocated to San Diego in 2000.

There, Mr. Vosseller joined two prominent law firms, defending physicians in medical malpractice cases and various defendants in personal injury lawsuits. This experience granted him insight into the tactics employed by defense attorneys and insurance companies to undermine or dismiss claims from victims of wrongful conduct. However, he grew discontented with aiding insurance companies in evading or lessening their responsibilities.

Mr. Vosseller shifted his focus in 2004 to advocating for individuals and families harmed by others' reckless actions. He holds a "Superb" rating on Avvo and has achieved an AV Preeminent peer-review rating* through Martindale-Hubbell.

*AV®, AV Preeminent®, Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished and Martindale-Hubbell Notable are certification marks used under license in accordance with the Martindale-Hubbell certification procedures, standards and policies.
