Tim Flanagan, a well-regarded real estate attorney hailing from San Diego, California, serves as the founder and managing partner of Flanagan Law, APC. He oversees all corporate counsel and litigation matters for the firm, ensuring exceptional legal representation for all clients.

He was admitted by The State Bar of California the same year. He is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California.
Mr. Flanagan has had the privilege of instructing numerous community association law classes in various regions, including Coachella Valley, Greater Inland Empire, Orange County and San Diego Chapters of CAI. As a distinguished panelist for the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), he has been able to impart invaluable knowledge to countless California community managers, equipping them with fundamental principles of HOA law and essential practice tips to excel in their roles.
Mr. Flanagan's philanthropic endeavors are focused on serving his legal community. He is affiliated with the San Diego County Bar Association, the Community Associations Institute (CAI), CACM and the Educational Community for Homeowners (ECHO). He is the former board member and president of CAI and serves as the co-chair of the Education Committee of CAI’s San Diego Chapter. In 2005, he was bestowed with the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Work.
