A multitalented legal professional, Ms. Ruda focuses on traditional labor matters. She has developed extensive proficiency in negotiating labor contracts, in addition to providing valuable advice, counseling and representing clients in court. Moreover, she has held the position of chief negotiator for numerous significant labor agreements, including several master collective bargaining agreements. Her experience spans various industries, having successfully negotiated collective labor agreements in the health care, manufacturing and newspaper sectors.

Further, she has functioned as a presenter and lecturer at numerous legal seminars as well as authored several articles on topics related to her field.
