Before founding Cochran Family Law Practice PC, Ms. Cochran was an equity partner at Sideman & Bancroft LLP in San Francisco, where she was the co-chair of the Family Law department. Prior to law school, Ms. Cochran was a business management consultant, specializing in total compensation design and organizational development for Fortune 500 companies.
Born on Okinawa and raised in Washington, D.C., Kobe and Tokyo, Japan, and Bangkok, Thailand, Ms. Cochran is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Anne lives in Orinda with her two children and her husband. Anne shares equal custody with her ex-husband of their children and two dogs. The whole family has navigated the divorce process, spending holidays, frequent dinners, and the kids’ birthdays together. When Anne is not at work, her time is joyfully occupied with soccer games, basketball games, football games, and swim meets. She enjoys running, weightlifting, studying meditation, her long-standing book club, and hosting lively dinner parties.
