Arlo Uriarte

Arlo Uriarte is the managing attorney of Liberation Law Group, P.C., in San Francisco, California, where he has spent over two decades fighting for the rights of California workers. He represents employees in matters involving discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, retaliation, and wrongful termination, serving clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area — including Napa, Oakland, San Jose, and Santa Rosa.

Since earning his license to practice law in 2004, Mr. Uriarte has built a reputation as a formidable trial attorney, having tried and won numerous cases before juries across the state. His courtroom success is matched by his skill at the negotiating table, where he has settled countless cases on favorable terms for his clients.

Following in his father's footsteps as an attorney, Mr. Uriarte was drawn to the law by a deep commitment to justice. That commitment shows in the way he practices: he is especially devoted to serving immigrant and Spanish-speaking workers, ensuring that language and immigration status are never barriers to fair treatment under the law. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Tagalog, he is able to advocate for clients directly, in their own words.

Mr. Uriarte earned his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law and is licensed to appear before all California state courts. From 2009 to 2018, he served as an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco's Employment Law Clinic, training the next generation of advocates while continuing to lead his own practice.
