Bahram Seyedin-Noor

Bahram Seyedin-Noor serves as the managing partner at Alto Litigation, PC, located in San Francisco, California, where he provides strategic counsel to businesses and individuals involved in complicated disputes. His practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on securities litigation, business law, intellectual property disputes and trade secrets matters.

Known for his analytical approach and strong advocacy, Mr. Seyedin-Noor works to efficiently resolve conflicts while remaining prepared to litigate aggressively when necessary. He represents clients in a wide range of disputes, including securities-related claims, business and commercial conflicts, and cases involving the protection of intellectual property and proprietary information. Mr. Seyedin-Noor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Pomona College in 1996. He then attended Harvard Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1999. His legal education laid the groundwork for a career defined by careful legal analysis, persuasive advocacy and a commitment to client service.

Admitted to practice law in California, Mr. Seyedin-Noor is also admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern and Western Districts of California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Early in his career, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable James Ware of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California from 2001 to 2002.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Seyedin-Noor is active in the legal community. He serves as an adjunct professor of law at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he teaches Civil Procedure II, and he is a member of The State Bar of California.
