C. Mark Humbert

C. Mark Humbert is a experienced litigator and ADR neutral, with a concentration in ERISA/employee benefits litigation; life, health and disability insurance litigation; healthcare disputes; representation of clients in US DOL Employee Benefit Security Administration audits and investigations; managed care and payor-provider disputes; and business litigation in the federal and state courts in California. Mr. Humbert is an AV-rated attorney and has been named a Northern California Super Lawyer for several years.  In 2016, he was ranked as one of the Top 100 Super Lawyers in Northern California.  

Mr. Humbert has been been in practice for more than 30 years, since graduating from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley in 1983. He has served in various capacities with the American Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California, at trial and appellate levels, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He has been admitted pro hac vice in the United States District Courts for the Districts of Nevada and Utah.
